Dear dreamer, we are all human, and there are parts of ourselves we don't always know how to love… Maybe we’ve never been taught how, or maybe we don’t even recognise that even our shadows need love and nurture to be brought to light.
Yes, our shadows - the parts that sabotage, procrastinate, push people away; parts we might judge, suppress or wish we could simply get rid of. What if they are parts of ourselves that have been wounded, misunderstood, or trying to protect us?
This is a 90-minute live workshop designed to help you meet your shadow with curiosity, compassion and love, creating more understanding and acceptance for the parts of yourself you usually find difficult to hold and embrace.
We'll explore your relationship with your shadow through conversation, guided journaling, and a deeply immersive hypnotherapy meditation.
Themes we will explore:
~ Understanding what the shadow is and why certain parts of ourselves become hidden
~ Recognising the patterns, behaviours and emotions we tend to reject in ourselves
~ Exploring self-sabotage with curiosity rather than judgement
~ Guided journaling prompts for deeper self-awareness and acceptance
~ Meeting your shadow through a nourishing hypnotherapy journey
~ Learning to soften towards the parts of yourself that need love
During the meditation, you'll have the opportunity to meet a part of yourself that you may usually try to push away… And rather than fighting it you'll get to approach it with love and curiosity. You'll listen to what it has to say and discover what it might need.
My intention for this workshop is for you to leave feeling lighter, softer and more at home within yourself, with a deeper understanding of the parts of you that have been asking to be seen and held.
