I gotten this journal in the colour Ruby, and I have been in love with it ever since! I realy wanted to start with journaling again after an period of not doing it and this journal helped me get in the flow again! I apreciated how fast the package came in and how beautifull this package was. I would recommend the litte rituals in this journal especially to anyone who is starting off their journey!

Nice quality book. Love the embossed cover detailing and the daily prompts and exercises. Good size. Not too big so can fit in my purse but not too small so it is comfortable to fill out.
This book is unique . It’s a good way to reconnect to our body and our life and to learn how we can appreciate the littles things. The drawings are beautiful.

A really luxurious journal. I loved the daily journalling but also the little extra questions and prompts scattered inbetween. I kept the red one for myself and gave the other to a friend. So cute!

This year has been an emotional rollercoaster for me. Getting in touch my how I really feel and understanding my emotions has put a lot in perspective for me. The one thing that I struggled with the most was getting in touch my physical self, understanding how I feel emotionally can look physically and just how really be in touch with myself. I’ve always loved the story of Aphrodite, I’ve always wanted to embrace her confidence, but I’ve struggled. This journal helped me get in touch with my body and helped me understand myself just a little bit more. It’s helped me take time to half an hour of my day to relax and reflect and even when I find myself in a moments of boredom, I somehow have managed to find something to do, satisfying my craving for creativity. This journal is helping me be more open and honest and sparking the creativity that I’ve lost. I would 100% recommend.
